定语从句that的省略

个人觉得这句话中的从句是定语从句，但是实在想不通you前面省略的关系词是什么，如果是关系代词that的话，that又没有在从句中做宾语，为什么可以省略呢，还望老师解答

2. 关系代词作 achieve 的宾语，故省略。动宾搭配：achieve success（取得成功）。
