Therefore to increase the yield of the targeted products, many factors are taken into consideration.

不定式的逻辑主语，肯定不是 many factors，因为它是句子的“受事者”。那么，它一定是被动句中省略了的 “施事者”，即 by 后面的那个名词或代词。也许是 us, them, the authorities 等。你把它变成主动句后，逻辑主语自然就有了。
