What's the best movie theater?和Which is the best movie theater?都可以说。一般说来，侧重选择范围用which，不侧重选择范围用what。《葛传槼英语惯用法词典》有如下说明：
比较下面每组里的两句：
Which is he reading?（[这几本书、几篇文、几个故事、等中间]他正在读哪一本[或篇、个、等]）
What is he reading?（他正在读什么？）
Which book is he reading?（[这几本书中间]他正在读哪一本？）
What book is he reading?（他正在读什么书？）
Which is your teacher of Russian?（[这几个人中间]哪一个是你的俄语老师？）
Who is your teacher of Russian?（谁是你的俄语老师？）
但下面两句意思相同：
Which will you have, tea or coffee?
What will you have, tea or coffee?
▲最后两句的第一句侧重选择范围，第二句不侧重选择范围。
