Many's the 英语里的习语(idiom), 来自一种老的用法，现在保留下来的就是这样的，因此不要分开写，如many is the 网友问题里的Many was the time的说法不严谨，都应该写成Many's the的形式。

《现代英语语法》P.1425，强调表语或为了密切上下文的关系，采用完全倒装。

正常语序是：The time I ate at that restaurant was many.
