1、to be sure that...请问to be sure是不是前面省略了主谓？另外，引导的宾语从句为什么没有主语呢？

2、his answering immediately to the last question,为什么这里句子结构不完整，

3、最后一句话the eldest Miss Bennet...是不是有省略？以及跟后面的there be句子中间没连接词？
