How do you free yourself from "should"?
When you hear yourself say "should":
Evaluate what you really mean. Do you really mean that you are addressing an obligation or expectation that is worthwhile for you to do right now? Or is this some old mental model you have in your head about you, who you "should" be and what you "should" be doing, that maybe isn't worth clinging to?
1.“who you "should" be and what you "should" be doing”是old mental model 的同位语从句,是吗?
只是红色部分是,some old mental model you have in your head about you 这个名词词组的同位语,而不仅仅是some old mental model的同位语。同理,后面的that从句的先行词也是 some old mental model you have in your head about you。这种定语从句为多重定语从句,some old mental model被限制性定语从句you have in your head about you修饰(省略了that), 然后 some old mental model you have in your head about you整体作为先行词,再被限制性定语从句 that maybe isn't worth clinging to 修饰。
