stretching 的用法疑问

请问 ThereisalongstretchingwallinChinacalledtheGreatWall 中的stretching这种用法是什么，查了字典没有形容词性。

查了很多种字典都没有查到这个stretch加ing可以有形容词的作用。

long stretching 是由不及物动词stretch的现在分词+副词long 构成的合成形容词。a long stretching wall = a wall that stretches long.

类似于 hard working people = prople who work hard.
