2. it is that which...是主系表结构，which引导的是主语从句？

1 I know you do.
do为操作词替代。替代前文提及的那个动词。例如，A：I like animals. B: I know you do. = I know you like animals.
2 and it is that which makes the wonder.
这是强调句型（it分裂句），强调主语that。只是代词that指代前文提及的那件事。不强调的句子为：That makes the wonder.
由于被强调的主语为that，为了避免二个that重叠，强调句型的that用which替换。（强调句中的that本身就是关系词。）
3 不定式可以用来表示感叹，相当于一个感叹问句。
With your good sense, to be honestly blind to follies and nonsense of others!
= With your good sense, how can you be honestly blind to follies and nonsense of others!
= With your good sense, you can't be honestly blind to follies and nonsense of others!
