1. 时间名词作后置定语应该比较常见，有时用所有格形式-'s 放在被修饰名词之前或用 of 后置定语。其实，本句虽是名词，实为副词用法，因为后面有动作施事者 by...，可以视为省略了作定语的过去分词。因此可以扩展为：
A survey carried out (或：conducted) last month by Corporate Board Member。
时间名词作定语，又如：
Young people today face a very difficult future at work. （也可说 Today's young people... 或 Young people of today...）
如今的年轻人面临着充满困难的工作前景。
