as定语从句

She will marry as healthy a man as she can find.

As many children as came were given some cakes.

她将会嫁给她可以找到的健康男人？

就像来的许多小孩被给了一些蛋糕？

as many as不是一样的意思吗？

怎么感觉怎么翻译都不顺？

传统语法把这种as分句分析为定语从句（其实是比较分句）。在翻译的时候你应该在理解其逻辑意义的基础上用通顺汉语重新组织语言，而不应照字面死译硬译。

She will marry as healthy a man as she can find. 她要尽可能找一个身体最健康的男人去嫁。

As many children as came were given some cakes. 所有来的孩子都得到了蛋糕。
