两个并列的过去动作一定有先后关系吗

两个并列的过去动作一定有先后关系吗？比如：

He got up and left in a hurry.

He fell down and lay there still.

这都是有先后关系的吧。有没有那种不分先后的并列动作啊！

两个并列的过去动作不一定是先后关系的。有时也可以是“同时”的。如：

He enjoyed and admired the works of Milton.

He likes the book and reads it every day.
