不错，是后置定语。不过，you see 为插入成分，需要前后加逗号：

There are several of them, you see, uncommonly pretty.

如果改为定语从句，那么，you see 为嵌入成分（定语从句是其宾语），不加逗号。如：

There are several of them who you see are uncommonly pretty.
