这个很简单，你查一查字典应该可以解决，Introduce的意思其中包含to bring or establish an idea，a plan, etc for the first time的意思。我在过去的学习中，记得有这样一个句子 Dingoes were introduced to Australia in 某个时间（不记得了）。这里显然是指第一次。
