关于非限定性定语从句理解的问题

我在一个视频里看到这个官方给出的字幕，原文是：

Thiem really works from the ground up, creating a chain of kinetic energy starting off with a big load of the leg at the same time as a good rotation of the shoulders. He then launches himself up and through which takes him high off the ground and drives so much force through the back of the ball.

我的疑问是：加粗的which引导的定语从句我觉得应该是非限，前面应该加逗号吧？还有就是take sb + adj.有这样的用法吗？

which的先行词为主句内容时，必须用逗号。这是视频配的文字，漏掉了逗号可以理解。high off the ground为副词+介词短语，为takes的状语。
