为啥用being against而不直接用against

An advertisement asking for a draughtsman being against the terms of the act, is that it's implied that only man will be considered.

为啥不直接用against,还加being, 介词短语也可以做后置定语啊!

如果for的宾语是being短语，那draughtsman在句中什么意思，

句子理解是否正确，寻找撰稿人的广告，违反了法律条款

网友抄写时疏漏，draughtsman前的a不能省略，act前的the也要有。

因为for的宾语不是draughtsman，而是违反该法的条款这件事。介词against不能直接作for的宾语，所以必须加上动名词being才可以。其中draughtsman being against是动名词复合结构，其逻辑主语是名词通格draughtsman，也可用属格draughtsman's being against，这样的话就更好理解了。
