3 是过去时还是虚拟语气

Even if you lost all the money you had or even if you lost all the assets you have you can still rebuild everything again provided that your health allows you to do so.
首先，虚拟语气不能是半句，所以我只能把原句的Even if you lost all the money you had理解为过去时“即使你丢了全部的钱”而不是对现在的假设。
但是，过去是已经发生的事实，丢没丢是确定的，可以直接用过去时表示对过去的假设吗？（问题一）
所以我倾向于改句子：
1.真实条件句 Even if you lose all the money you have...you can still rebuild everything again provided that your health allows you to do so. 但是我觉得这样对听话者不太友好，因为真实条件句是有可能发生的，也即丢钱是可能发生的，所以我不想这么改。
2.虚拟语气Even if you lost all the money you have...you could still rebuild everything again provided that your health allows you to do so. 但是改虚拟语气我有点不确定（虚拟语气不能是半句）：句中的定语从句all the money you have中的have不用改过去时吧？provided that your health allows you to do so也不用改过去时吧？（问题二）

1即使你丢了所有的钱（丢钱是说话人说话时间之前的事），你也可以重新再来（现在）。和条件句有错综时间条件句一样，even if 这个让步句带有条件的假设意味，仍然可以是错综时间。所以这是没有问题的。这个句子的主句为 you still can...陈述语气，这就排除从句为虚拟语气。但原句有一个问题，lost all the assets you have, 应改为you had.
2 you在这里其实是不定代词，等于one, a person。所以不存在你设想的听话人听了不舒服的问题。
3这个句子用陈述语气或虚拟语气表达都可以，但从句和主句的时态形式应该互相有照应。
4你改写的句子是正确的。虚拟语气表示将来，the money you have是你现在拥有的钱，不用改为过去式。
