新视野教材上的一个语法问题
我在新视野大学英语教材上遇到这么一句长句" Not only are there not sufficient jobs in the world-saving fields,but in the current slowdown it has become evident that there never are enough promising jobs,presumably never will be,that require a higher education " 我想问的是，最后一句话为什么是用"that"而不是"which"，不是非限制定语从句吗？而且，根据主谓一致，"require"应该换成"requires"才对啊。求英语大神帮忙，谢谢各位大佬了。

有时候，在限制性定语从句和先行词之间插入一个成分（如本句的 presumably never will be），插入成分一般前后都有逗号。由于 that 前面是逗号，认为是错句，应该用 which。这样，就给人造成了一种错觉：用 that 引导了一个非限制定语从句。其实，本句用 that 和 which 都可以，都是限制性定语从句。
关于定语从句用 require 没错，因为先行词是jobs。
