从句后句子的语序

He also pointed out that as the world, China and CPC undergo profound changes, China is confronted with unprecedented situations.这句话中that引导宾语从句，that后边直接跟as引导的状语从句。那么，就语序而言，从句里的语序是否和非从句的语序一样灵活？？？即：一个单独的句子，各个成分可能有多个顺序安排，那么当这个句子作为that等引导的从句时，各个成分仍然有一样多的顺序安排吗？

宾语从句本身是个复合句，其语序不受主句的影响。大部分从句的位置，可以在前，也可以在后。例如网友的句子，以下两种表达都正确：
He also pointed out that as the world, China and CPC undergo profound changes, China is confronted with unprecedented situations.
He also pointed out that China is confronted with unprecedented situations as the world, China and CPC undergo profound changes.
