句子除了一个小错误（也是大错误）之外，翻译的确实不错。而且使用了同位语从句，还用了表示条件或递进关系的 the more...the more...，很好。我把错误纠正一下：
come into being 这个动词词组，是不能接宾语的，也没有被动语态。只表示“观念形成”，观念作主语。例如：A wrong opinion has come into being.
你的句子只需改动这一个地方：
They have formed a wrong opinion that the more knowledge of English they master the more excellent they are.
