强调句是否可以强调非形容词词组的表语

原句：Recognizing a problem is the first step in finding a solution.

强调表语变成强调句It is the first step that recognizing a problem is in finding a solution.

有些资料说一般不强调表语，有些资料说表语也可以强调。

章振邦老师书中说不可以强调形容词词组表示的主语补足语。那这个句子的表语不是形容词词组，可以强调吗？（虽然看起来很怪）

赵俊英《现代英语语法》认为：在规范的英语中，表语通常不作为分裂句（即强调句型）的中心部分。但非正式语体则偶可见到强调名词性表语的。例如：

He is a teacher now. —— It is a teacher that he is now.

在爱尔兰英语中，非正式语体甚至可以强调作表语的形容词：

Mary was angry then. —— It was angry that Mary was then.

所以你的句子中名词作表语，用强调句强调表语，在语法上是允许的，虽然这种句子较为少见。
