不定式和现在分词作后置定语的区别

CNN:

《The history and future of ice cream》

cream on customer's doorsteps in 30 minutes.

Unilever first piloted its ice cream now service back in 2016, but it isn't the only company to have tried ice cream on demand.

the only company to have tried ice cream 不明白这里为什么用不定式完成时作company的定语？我想不通，我感觉应该是the only company having tried ice cream 用现在分词完成时作后置定语不行吗？

it isn't the only company to have tried ice cream on demand.
现在分词完成体，不能作定语。不定式可以，或者改用定语从句。

it isn't the only company having tried ice cream on demand. （误）

it isn't the only company that (has) tried ice cream on demand.

现在分词完成体，不能作定语。不定式可以，或者改用定语从句。

it isn't the only company having tried ice cream on demand. （误）

it isn't the only company that (has) tried ice cream on demand.
