定语从句的转换

There are many people in the party, 80% of whom are women.

He bought two books, both of which aren't interesting.

请问当of whom/which前面是代词或数词时，按照转化规则，能否变为：

There are many people in the party, of whom 80% are women. 和There are many people in the party, whose 80% are women.

He bought two books, of which both aren't interesting.和He bought two books, whose both aren't interesting.

以前好像在哪见过类似的规则，但是记不清了，所以特向老师询问。

可以说：

There are many people in the party, of whom 80% are women.

He bought two books, of which both are interesting.

He bought two books, of which neither are/is interesting.

但不说：

There are many people in the party, whose 80% are women.

He bought two books, whose both aren't interesting.
