A has still done harm, as have the leaders who indulged him. 请问as后面为什么会跟have而不是as the leaders who have indulged him?

as have the leaders who indulged him 这个as从句是个倒装句。由于主语带了定语从句，比较长，采用倒装结构，让较长的主语位于句末。如果leaders不带定语从句，则可以不倒装，则为：as the leaders have. (have替代have done harm).
