这是介词用于关系代词which 之前。of as 不可以：
Don't talk about such things of which you are not sure. （such 修饰先行词，其关系分句可以不用as引导）
Don't talk about such things as you are not sure of. （正）
Don't talk about such things of as you are not sure. （误）
