考研英语一句子结构问题

各位老师好本人在学习中碰到一个疑惑难以解开：

Managers have willing to adjust team uniforms to fit the growing numbers of bigger,longer frames.

这是考研英语一2012年真题中的一个句子

参考书对这里对句子的解答是 have willing to adjust 组成的动词短语做谓语。

但我认为应该还可以更细致的分下去。

谓语其实只是have willing , 而 to adjust ···是介词to 引导的动词不定式做句子的补语。后面的第二个to引导的动词不定式短语做目的状语

但是这样理解可能会有些麻烦，不如直接理解为动词短语做谓语来的直接。

所以我想知道我这种理解是否正确。。。

相反，如果这里的have改成be 就转变成

Managers are willing to adjust team uniforms to fit the growing numbers of bigger,longer frames.

be willing to 这种传说中的“固定搭配” 我总是无法把他看成一整个动词词组，总是想把to拿出来单独成介词，这样很容易造成无用功，给我带来了很大的苦恼····

希望有老师可以指点我··解开我的困惑

Managers have willing to adjust team uniforms to fit the growing numbers of bigger,longer frames.

此句有误。willing 是形容词。应说：be willing to do sth. 原句改为：

1. Managers are willing to adjust team uniforms to fit the growing numbers of bigger, longer frames.

2. Managers have been willing to adjust team uniforms to fit the growing numbers of bigger, longer frames.

be willing to do sth.：整体看作“合成谓语”，把不定式看作谓语的一部分，不要拆开分析。be willing to do 表示“愿意做某事”，表示“情态意义”，等于 will do。

to fit the growing numbers of bigger, longer frames，作目的状语。调整队服，以适应越来越多的更大更高身材的队员。

“ to adjust ··· 是介词to 引导的动词不定式” 这种说法是错误的。 to 是动词不定式符号，不是介词。 to adjust 是动词不定式。

英语中有 be willing to do sth 结构，没有 have willing to do sth 结构。
