have用作使役动词是不可用to do不定式作宾补的。你理解错误。

I have my brother to come to see me. 这个句子中的have为have存在句。句子等于 My brother will come to see me. 句子并没有我让他来看我这层使役意义。仅仅表示我处于这种状态中——我弟弟要来拜访我。
