形容词分析

Left,until now,to odd,low-level IT staff to put right ,and seen as a concern only of date-rich industries such as banking,

这里的形容词为什么要用逗号呢？是因为都是观点（主观）形容词嘛？如果是的话意思就是用多个观点形容词都要用逗号隔开吗？
