With复合结构是否可以作为后置定语
大家都知道With复合结构可以作为状语，但是我发现一个句子的用法很像是作定语，想请大家讨论一下
状语
He walked into the dark street with a stick in his hand.
他走进黑暗的街道时手里拿着根棍子。
疑似作定语
a piece of paper, wood, etc., with words or pictures on it that gives information about something

with 复合结构主要作用是作状语。
He walked into the dark street with a stick in his hand. （这是方式状语。原翻译不很准确！）
偶尔可以作定语：
She walked on a street with trees on each side.
The woman with a baby in her arms is his aunt.
a piece of paper, wood, etc., with words or pictures on it that gives information about something （作定语，修饰前面的词语）
