In the 1950s 60 per cent of us answered "yes, most people can be trusted", in the 1980s 44 per cent, today only 29 per cent.

这里三个时间为什么用了逗号？不就是没有连词了吗？还请老师解答！

这是并列句的省略。没有用并列连词，则暗示意犹未尽，即 and in future even less。
