这个句子的句子成分我是这样划分的：
主语It+系动词is+表语difficult+状语to convince people+……
那后面的that sometimes exercises are bad for our health应该是什么成分呢？

不正确。应这样划分：
It is difficult（主系表。it 是形式主语） to convince（动词） people （间接宾语）that sometimes exercises are bad for our health.（直接宾语） （整个不定式是真正主语）
