1)be believed/reported/said to do算是固定句型吗？这个作主补的不定式 能不能 转化为主动语态的宾补，比如：We believe the vases to be worth over $20 000 each，We believe him to have stolen the money.
2)be reported/said to do是不是 不能转化为主动语态？
