存在句There came...和非存在句There goes...的理解

章振邦的书中说:

There came a train.（存在句）

There goes the bus.（非存在句）

如何理解？

第1句表示有火车开来，是存在意义。第2句的There 是用来引起对方注意。表面上是There be 存在句的形式，但没有there be 存在句的意义（如第1句）。此外，这里用一般现在时表示进行意义。如：There goes the bell. 不可说：There is going the bell.
