第一个空是答案是seating,第二个空是Lost,我想问第一个空为什么不用seated 呢，或者把found 后面看作是省略that的宾语从句，填was seating,我的这两个答案为什么不对呢。

答案是opposed to ,为什么不选having been opposed to 呢，有时间先后。

1 第一个空应该用seated 或者sitting。seat是及物动词，意为使宾语坐下。所以用seating或者was seating都是错误的。

2 thought应为 though（虽然）。这是让步状语从句省略了 it was. 这种让步状语从句的省略必须是主语和 be 同时省略。

3 lead to为短语动词，= result in，意为导致，引起，后接名词性结构作宾语。many nations taking actions against them 为动名词复合结构作led to的宾语，其中many nations为动名词的逻辑主语（动名词复合结构作介词宾语时，动名词的逻辑主语通常用通格而不是所有格）。
