同位语从句可以充当主语吗

It‘s our hope that lets us survive. 为什么这里的that可以直接加动词？也不可以转换为：That lets us survive is our hope.

句意：是希望让我们活下来。

这不是同位语从句，同位语从句中的that在从句中是不担当成分的。这是一个强调句（It is/was +被强调成分+ that），原句是Our hope lets us survive. ，如果强调主语our hope, 便是It is our hope that lets us survive. 又如：

It was his negligence that caused the accident. 是他的疏忽导致了事故。
