not either…or，neither…nor，no …and no… 区别

如：

No teacher and no student is admitted 

Neither I nor he has seen the play before. 

She isn't either a student or a teacher.

     【答】not either…or 表示“既不…也不”，否定两者。如：I don't speak either Rusian or Polish. 我既不会说俄语，也不会说波兰语。（摘自《牛津英语用法指南》第四版228.2）

      neither…nor 可以表示否定两者，也可以表示否定两者以上。如：I  neither smoke nor drink. 我不抽烟，也不喝酒。（摘自《牛津英语用法指南》第四版228.3）/ He  neither smiled,spoke nor looked at me. 他不笑，不说话，也不看我。（同上）

      "no + 单数名词 + and + no + 单数名词" 作主语时，谓语动词要用单数。如：No sound and no voice is heard. 一点声音也没有。/ No teacher and (no) student was present. 没有一个老师和学生出席。（摘自《刘毅英语语法宝典》p.399）
