其实这里的用法是 due to do do sth 形式，即 due to be published next week 可视为 which are due to be published next week 的省略形式。

这里的 due 是形容词，意思是“预定的”，to 是动词不定式符号。 due to be published next week 可视为 which are due to be published next week 的省略形式。如：
