这个结构有两种情况。对比如下：

It is easy for you to answer.  

It 是代词，指代 the question，to answer 为反射不定式。

It is easy for you to answer the question.

It 是形式主语，不定式是真正主语。

无论哪种情况，都不能用以下形式表达：

It is easy + to sb + for doing

原因1：

be easy to sb. （误）

be easy for sb. （正）

Divorce is never easy for children.
离婚对于孩子们来说决不轻松。

她一个人带着这些孩子绝非易事。

It's not easy for somebody to get into the building unobserved.

原因2：

It is easy + for doing （误）

It is easy + to do（正）
