质疑《剑桥高阶英汉双解词典》用to not do sth作定语

据语法规定,非谓语动词的否定式只能在非谓语之前加否定词,但

《剑桥高阶英汉双解词典》break 词条的一个例句:

This decision to not call their daughter Jane was a break with family tradition. 他们决定不给女儿起名叫简,这违背了家族传统。

我认为:句中 to  not 应为 not  to ,请专家指教,谢谢!

这属于分裂不定式的用法,并不常用。建议初学者暂不要模仿。在“爱词霸”上就有这样的例句:

We must hurry in order to not be late. 为了不迟到, 我们得赶紧走。(来自辞典例句)

This fully shows that unregulated market economy is doomed to not work. 这充分说明,不受管理的市场经济是注定行不通的。(来自辞典例句)

Getting your priorities in order is a good way to not waste energy on meaningless pursuits.将事情按优先顺序排列能有效地避免把精力浪费在无意义的工作上。(来自柯林斯例句)
