It will have been worth nothing. 是你从将来一个时间点回看这个点之前发生的事，认为其没有价值。

It will be worth nothing. 是你在当下就作出判断，没有价值。

两者表达的意思差不多，语言风格不一样。但这不代表两种时态可以互换。
