'd 是should 还是would 亦或是had的缩写？

前几日，曹老师曾经说过's 可能是is或者has的缩写，但不会是was的缩写，受益匪浅。

另外请问'd是should 还是would 亦或是had的缩写？或是有不缩写的现象（如同was)？

另外，下面这句话中的'd是否would或should都可以？

If a camper was attacked by a bear or something, we'd hear about it.

1. contraction of had: They'd already left.

2. contraction of would: I'd like to see it.

3. contraction of did: Where'd you go?

4. contraction of - ed: She OK'd the plan.

其中第3 和第4 使用较少。通常认为 ‘d是would或had的缩合形式。

should不会使用缩合形式的。
