作后置定语的可以有多种情况。泛泛而问不是好办法。

可以充当后置定语的有：形容词短语、介词短语、地点方位副词、不定式短语、分词短语、定语从句等。词组或从句作定语都是后置定语。

—— 被修饰词用不定冠词还是定冠词，与是否有定语关系不大，用 a 或 the  均可。问题不在这些定语上面，关键看特指与否。仔细体会区别：
