Did you go anywhere interesting?

anywhere ，包括somewhere, nowhere, everywhere 等，既是复合不定副词，也是复合不定代词。有时候，它可以同时身兼两职：对 go 而言是不定副词，对interesting 而言，是不定代词。这有这样才能解释此现象。又如：

I found nowhere to live. 对 found 而言是不定代词，对to live 而言是不定副词。

There was nowhere to hide and nowhere to run.
没有任何地方可藏，也没有任何地方可逃。
I have nowhere else to go, nowhere in the world.
我无别处可去，在这个世界没有任何可去的地方。

He had nowhere to call home.
他根本没有可称为家的地方。

I needed somewhere to live.
我需要某个住的地方。
I haven't got anywhere to live.
我没有任何地方住。
