定冠词是否暗示唯一

我纠结的一点就是，the是否暗示了唯一？

还是，说听话者必须已知公司只有唯一owner，说话者才能用the

唯一的自然就是特指的。但特指的并非就是唯一的。

He is the owner of the business.

这个句子中，the owner 表示他是唯一的业主，否则用定冠词是没有道理的。而the business则是听说双方所共识的那个企业，并不是唯一的意思。

如果一个定冠词为前照应特指，即其后的限制性定语决定了名词的所指范围，则the所限定的单数名词为唯一概念。
