中划线成分following claims 是名词成分，that 后面是它的同位语从句，那么following claims到底充当了什么成分？ 我认为逗号前面已经是一个完整的句子了。 逗号后面只有一个名词，同时又无连词，也并非是做状语。

Facebook 是主语，how引导的非限定从句是做explain的宾语补足语。

这样的理解有问题吗？
