by virtue of 和 on account of 都表示“因为”,这两者有什么区别吗?

The old musician decided to move to her country home _____ her advanced age and poor health.为什么这道题要用on account of 不用 by virtue of 呢?

The old musician decided to move to her country home on account of  her advanced age and poor health.
