答疑网老师们好，今天学生学到 rather than 做连词连接两个动词时，看到一个示例：  

Rather than work hard, he plays around all the time. 

（1）请教老师上面这句是否和下面这句完全相等：
He plays around rather than work hard all the time. 

（2）句子成分方面：

Rather than work hard, he  plays around all the time.
