后置定语to do加not

the importance not to do sth. 后置定语to do怎么表示不做什么能加not吗？

用不定式作定语修饰 importance，原本就是错的，改用 of doing, of not doing。

the importance to do sth. （误）

the importance not to do sth. （误）

the importance of doing sth. （正）

the importance of not doing sth. （正）

importance 后面不能接动词不定式短语，通常可以接 of 短语作后置定语，of 的宾语可以是名词或者动名词。如：

People were aware of the importance of working with nature. 人们认识到了顺应自然的重要性。（摘自《牛津英语搭配词典》第2版）

可以说 importance to ...，但是这里的 to 是介词，不是动词不定式符号。如：

the importance to the country of a healthy economy 健康的经济对该国的重要性（摘自《牛津英语搭配词典》第2版）
