(2)表被动意义的分词短语前置时，是否只是前置分词？如：

“Praised as he was by them, he remainedmodest. ”还是“Praised by them as he was, he remainedmodest.”

(3)名词短语前置时，名词短语的修饰成分是否要一起前置？且这些修饰成分的位置需要改变吗？如：

“Lazy a boy as he is, he is kind to help others.”

(4)谓语动词原型前置时，助动词不一并前置，如果这个动词是个及物动词，宾语要一起前置吗？如：

"Help him as I did, he still failed."还是"Help as I did him, he still failed."

1) Difficult to believe as it is... （当然一般说hard to believe)

2) 关于单个as表示让步的用法，你查牛津字典会得到两个例句，并且你只需记住这两个例句就可以。其它的你看到的各种怪七怪八的例句，大多都是国内的大师自己发明的。

Happy as they were, there was something missing.

Try as he might, he couldn't open the door.

这两种结构是使用频率相对较高的

1）形容词+ as + 主语+be

2）动词+ as + 主语+might

注意第2种结构中的might，不轻易换成其它情态动词，更不能换成do的形式，这就是外国的说话的方式。Try as he did, he couldn't open the door.这就错了。
