China has accepted western fashion and technology as it has developed these years, but a lot of young people are turning to the past for their clothes choices and putting on traditional “hanfu”.
Another policeman has been injured as fighting continued this morning.
1. 原句Another policeman has been injured as fighting continued this morning.
Another policeman injured as fighting continued this morning.
China has accepted western fashion and technology as it has developed these years, but a lot of young people are turning to the past for their clothes choices and putting on traditional “hanfu”.
——这里的 putting on 是介词 to 的动名词,不是谓语动词,不是进行体 is putting on,这是其一。
Another policeman has been injured as fighting continued this morning.
不是去掉 has,而是改为 was injured 或 got injured。
Another policeman was/got injured as fighting continued this morning.
又如:
More troops died as the fighting continued to rage throughout the afternoon.
But as the fighting continued, public opinion changed.
