请问:have sb speaking 用分词是表示持续一直说的意思吗?

like your father 中间加 that about 有什么作用? 能给句子增加什么含义?

(2)It's lovely to have people say hello to you in the street.
请问:have在这例句中,可以翻译作"有人对你说...",而不是"让人对你说..."吗?
